General Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Kirsinas.com website or to create an advertisement on the Kirsinas.com website.

Content

As a publisher, you must check that all advertisements must state if escort or massage services are available. Advertisements with links to other people’s identities are prohibited. It is against the law to disclose another person’s phone number, email address, or other means of communication. It is not allowed to link to any other websites besides your escort/massage website.
You must not upload any unlawful photos to the website. If other individuals are in your images, you must have their express consent in order to publish them on the website. You must always own the rights to your photos.
On the website, in the text, or in the image, there may not be any references to child pornography, sex with animals, sex with pregnant women, extremely violent behavior, or drug use.

Ads that break the law, such as those with ruffles, illegal content, connections to websites with illegal content, solicitation of illegal behavior, or offensive information, will be withdrawn immediately and without prior notice. In extreme circumstances, may file police reports based on the website’s current IP address and other information about the advertiser in question.
In accordance with one or more of the aforementioned principles, we have the right to suspend, block, or delete advertisements that we consider to be junk or do not contain any other genuine information.

Responsibility

The user agrees not to hold Kirsinas responsible for things other users post or do. As most of the content on Kirsinas.com comes from other users, Kirsinas does not guarantee the accuracy of postings, user communications, or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered. Continuous or secure access to Kirsinas’s services cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by them. However, changes to your membership, such as maturity and price, are not included.

These terms and conditions apply to all advertising plans and product promotions on Kirsinas.com.

Payment

All users must choose a plan before creating an ad. And Only after payment confirmation, an ad is manually authorized is it displayed on the internet. When you buy a plan, you are making a one-time investment. And it’s not a paid subscription right now. Payment can be made using most major credit and debit cards & e-wallets.

Cancellation

The right of withdrawal does not cover the purchase because the acquired product is put into service immediately after payment. The Consumer Contracts Act states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling of assistance if the provision of the service begins concurrently with the conclusion of the contract.

Cancellation of Ad

You can delete your ad at any moment as an advertiser by entering your email address and password and selecting “Delete ad.” Don’t hesitate to contact our support team, who are always willing to assist you if you require assistance.
